Company structure

TOSHULIN company was established in 1949 and since 1998 it has been a joint-stock company. In 2009 TOSHULIN, a. s. acquired the company Strojimport a.s., which has been engaged in the sale of machinery on global markets for decades.

TOSHULIN has established a subsidiary company in China, TOSHULIN Machine Tools (China). Currently, China is one of the largest, and most important, markets for machine tools in the world. Therefore, it is natural that, as a manufacturer of the worldwide importance, TOSHULIN is working to build its position in this market.

In 2018 TOSHULIN grew through acquisition to include the companies TOS Kuřim – OS, and ČKD Blansko – OS. This acquisition increased TOSHULIN’s portfolio of products to include horizontal machining centres, large gantry machining centres, and large vertical lathes having table diameters of four meters and more.

Also in 2018 TOSHULIN, through its US subsidiary TOS USA Inc., acquired the American company Pilsen Imports, Inc., which has for more than 25 years been our exclusive sales and service partner in the US market.
