The POWERTURN vertical lathes are manufactured with the table diameters ranging from 1 250 to 4 000 mm. Main advantages of vertical lathes POWERTURN - new generation:

• variable conception of the automatic tool exchange. This automatic tool exchange is provided by the chain tool magazine. The new tool exchange covers the customers' wishes in a wide range, regarding the tool number (8, 31, 75 or 96 places in the magazine) as well as regarding the application of any optional tool systém type.
• the machines can be equipped with many various tool types - beginning with tool holders for conventional tools of 40 x 40 mm and finishing with the automatic exchange of cutting heads specified for turning operations, types Sandvik Capto C6, C8 or Kennametal KM 63, 80 and Widia - Valenite UT 63.

When machining is performed with rotary tools, the customer can use the automatic tool exchange with tool types ISO 50 (40), HSK 100 or Sandvik Capto C5. The application for granting the patent has been submitted for this progressive method of the automatic tool exchange in some countries.
